Butensky graduated from Jacksonville University with a B.S.
in Accounting in 1975, and accepted an accounting position
with a Fortune 500 corporation.
In 1981, he left accounting
to pursue a career as a financial advisor. After associating
himself as a Vice-President and branch manager of a regional
brokerage firm, he joined Prudential Securities in 1985,
where he was Vice President-Investments. During his ten
years at Prudential he graduated from the Prudential Securities
Investment Management School.
